Personally, we never buy anything from an out of USA delivery. EVER.
But, besides that, is it ever worth the headache to save a few cents, even a few dollars to have these kinds of headaches? I donno, but not for me.
Folks pay peanuts, expect value, and get a PITA ... is it worth it?
