Did Paypal take the money out of your bank account twice? Is that how the account became overdrawn? I'm a little confused about that part.
I've never used the "Pay After Delivery", since I figure that if they push it that hard it probably won't be for my benefit. I do have an bank account linked to Paypal since you couldn't receive over a certain amount, or pay over a certain amount without linking an account. That was shortly after Paypal started up, and I've had no issues with any of it. I do use it only when I'm forced to since I don't like it.
