You'll need an inverter (12v to 120v conversion device) in order to make that happen. These are either hard wired or plug into a cigarette lighter outlet. You need to do a little research into those to make the right choice of which one to buy, and what you expect to power with it. Also realize that high powered items (haridryers, microwaves) are impossible to run without spending a LOT of money on heavy wire, a large group of batteries, and a high quality high power sine wave type inverter. However, if you simply want to run a laptop or charge a cell phone, a small cigarette lighter type plug in one might do the trick for you.
