Open awning then check that awning material has not shifted on the ROLLER
The material is secured by screws in track on side of rig but not on roller.
Measure from edge of awning material to roller arms...then holding on to material push the roller/arm to center material on awning (equal distance on each end)
Mine shifted routinely until a installed a short pan head sheet metal screw in roller grove on each side of awning material (just like top track)to stop awning material from moving in roller grove.
No more shifting, no more arms not lining up....simple fix.
