x2 - my dealer had demonstrated it to me with the strap off-center. First trip out, ours did the same thing and continued for several months. It gave me absolute fits - I finally centered the strap as a last resort and have never had a failed "rollup" since - and we use ours a quite a bit as we spend 4-5+ months a year on the road.
