On my MH, the Black and Grey water tank valves are connected to a common hard tee. You may need to loosen the grey tank valve also to remove the black tank valve. Additionally between each valve and tank is a rubber coupler that can be removed. Loosening enough fittings could provide the flexibility to remove the valve in question. Good luck. JM2ยข...
