Specifically, with all appliances turned off, most RVs will still have a LP gas detector and possibly a CO2 detector powered by 12V. To disconnect them, they usually require you to pull the 12V fuse or turn off the battery disconnect(if your MH has one). Many RVs do not have a battery disconnect.
Also, depending on the refrig. model, many require 12V for the refrig. controller board in addition to either 120V AC or LP gas.
Another item people forget and leave turned on is the TV antenna amplifier.
