Helping Hands --- Gotta Be The Cat's Rear...

I am contacting Mueller by email asking them about their 316 stainless steel alligator clips (solder won't stick, and they are 1000% higher quality than the junk these helping hands come with). Don't need a magnifying glass and I cannot tell what is gripping the LED. A tiny clip? But I do have a Quadropus in my shopping cart.
