Honda 2000??
Will my Honda 2000 handle an 8000 btu portable air conditioner with ease or will it have to strain to run it??thanks;I just don’t want it to have to work too hard

I ran my 9200 BTU Coleman with my Honda 2000 Companion until the tank ran dry yesterday. Worked great.
Outside temp was 35 C /95 F, Inside temp was as low as 22.5C/72.5F.
I had it on ECO mode and the only slow down was momentarily when the compressor kicked on.
So I would say there should be no problem with an 8000 BTU unit.
