Honda 2000??
Will my Honda 2000 handle an 8000 btu portable air conditioner with ease or will it have to strain to run it??thanks;I just don’t want it to have to work too hard

don't know how a "house" ac unit compares to a RV unit, but I also run my coleman "polar cub" 9200BTU AC easily with my honda 2000. Even at altitudes above 6,000ft no trouble. Starts the AC unit in eco mode.
Now the question is "will it start it", NOT will it "Run it". It's the starting current that is the issue.
Now the 13.5K Coleman MachIII another story.
