Honda 2000??
Will my Honda 2000 handle an 8000 btu portable air conditioner with ease or will it have to strain to run it??thanks;I just don’t want it to have to work too hard

People must remember that the EU2000 is only rated for 1600 watts and not 2000. It maybe able to hit 2000 for a spike but that is about all.
I have a pair of EU2000. One will not start my 13,800 A?C unit.
The other loads can prevent the genset from starting even a smaller A/C unit.
