Do you have the 90 or the 90-X ? I see a typo in the 90-X where they said 30 where they meant a 20a receptacle.

I think it means the 90 and 90-X do not have PF correction, so expect 0.7PF.
The Honda 2200 is rated for 1800VA continuous vs 1600 for the 2000
