for about the same price you could get 2 Honda 2200i's to parallel. More watts, (3600 continous) more inrush capability, lighter weight. couple that with a micro air easy start and you will find that you may only need one in eco mode to start and run the AC unless your at higher altitude, 5000+ ft.
My 2200i and my coleman mach III with micro air easy start will start the AC unit while in eco mode and no overload problem to over 4500ft. the honda 2000 would only run the AC to about 4000 ft before it would overload.
the honda 2200i at 4500ft would run the AC AND the fridge on AC (another 300W load)
yes, the honda 3000 is nice, but the darn thing is way to heavy for me to cart around.
