Honda EU3000is Exhaust Issue

So, I bought this used unit a month or so ago. Second time out camping, I noticed the muffler was making some noise (was loose). So I took it apart to find that the exhaust studs from the exhaust port to the muffler where loose/detached. One stud was completely out (laying within the engine compartment), the other was still in but not by much. The vibrations also caused the mount on the left side to break. One hole is slightly stripped, the other completely. I was wondering if you thought JB Weld would be a viable option (not sure how hot those studs in the port get) to lock those studs in the hole (I think JB loses its strength around 350 degrees?)?
Option two is obviously replacing the head which I think is only ~$70, plus gasket and misc items. That's clearly the better solution but just wondering if this quick fix would work for now since I won't get a chance to fix it properly before our next trip.
