IMO more power does nothing. Simply adding 200 watts doesn't amount to much. If you need more power it's not a case of 200 watts it's usually means I need to run an A/C unit and I need twice as much power. So I would go with lower noise. Also running two units means much lower noise. One better option would be to have a cable that runs a 1000watt and a 2000watt in tantum to get 3000 watts.
