Tentatively, I would vote for B. I noticed you gave the Db for 1/4 load, which is basically at idle. What is the Db at full load. Would it be reduced in the same ratio?
In other words, would the new and improved Honda scale up from 1/4 load to full load, at the same ratio as the current model?
If not, I'd vote for A. More power is never bad, although 200 watts does not seem like much of an improvement. I guess on the margins it might make a difference.
