It looks like standard tank with a couple brackets welded on. Seems like a lot of money for a couple brackets and a handle. Can't see where that extra $120 comes into play. Guess it's like the million dollar pencils...you only need to sell one.
Horizontal cylinders are different inside than vertical cylinders. Horizontal cylinders, like their bigger cousins the horizontal tank, have a "dip tube" that curves from the service valve up towards the upper sidewall so that only vapor is withdrawn instead of liquid. As said, the low demand for horizontal cylinders combined with the construction differences are the cause of the higher price.
