If wire insulation catches fire, and blower is running, you are creating a blow torch.

This item is not even available for the general consumer, let alone RVs.
They are mostly available for fabricating furnaces, stoves and jet engines.

Since you seem to make a big issue out of this, I invite you to check Chapter 3 Art 300-3 of the NEC.

What duct are you talking about? What about all of the wiring on the back of the refrigerator? What about the enclosed flame?

Analyze carefully what Chapter 3 is referring to about removal hot air for ventilation.

Well, here is the full passage you have cited:

"No wiring systems of any type shall be installed in ducts used to transport dust, loose stock, or flammable vapors. No wiring system of any type shall be installed in any duct, or shaft containing only such ducts, used for vapor removal or for ventilation of commercial-type cooking equipment."

If you can explain how that applies to a refrigerator in an RV, I'm all ears...
