That panel looks more like something I'd be interested in.
Of course, that panel cite was in jest for the MPPT 15.
However, it does highlight the BEST attribute of MPPT. That is, Volts don't matter so much as long as you stay under the Voc rating of the controller. MPPT gives you the freedom of choice of panel arrays that cannot be equaled with a 12V PWM design.
