How Do I Charge, and Maintain 2 New 6 Volt Batteries???

I just purchased 2 new 6 volt Premium 232ah Sams Club Energizer batteries that I will be installing in my rig this weekend. Now I want to know more about them and how to maintain them. Can I run...

How is this done? A set of cables from the car battery to the TT batteries and run the truck for an hour while they are connected? Theys ell cables long enough for that?
