How do you remove self-tapping screws from RV frame?

Quite a few of the screws holding the skirting to my rig have snapped off heads. I've been putting in new screws but I really don't want to drill a lot more holes into the frame. I've broken off a cou...

I've used an air hammer on them with just the right-size flat point. I good air hammer will flat-strip the threads right out. Then, I drilled and tapped to the next size up.
