How do you remove self-tapping screws from RV frame?

Quite a few of the screws holding the skirting to my rig have snapped off heads. I've been putting in new screws but I really don't want to drill a lot more holes into the frame. I've broken off a cou...

At work when we had to drill out a broken off screw or bolt we used a set of "reverse" drills. These turn to the left and many times while drilling they would bind/catch the broken off piece and just spin it right out.
