They don't always install modern appliances in new RV.
2018 trailers are still being equipped with propane range/oven with piezo-ignitor - that ignites ONLY the top burners, not the oven. You know, rotating knob that goes click-click-click.... nothing.
Owners have to retrofit it with electronic ignition that works better, and install the sparky thingy at the oven pilot as well.
