My controller does show amps to the battery.
My maximum charge rate for the 556 amps is 108 amps. That works out to about 20%. So they are the same as the other agm's you mention. That is the specified MAXIMUM charging rate.
During storage the batteries are returned to 100% state of charge. It does take a long time and it is a 3% charging rate.
