I don't see how your controller can tell how many amps are going to loads and how many to the battery. One controller does have an extra gizmo to add onto it with a shunt so it can tell battery amps.

My apologies for not being clear.
I do have a lovely ammeter that shows my use of amps. I can subtract that from what the 3024 di shows. Then I know what amps are going in.
I think volts are a whole bunch better for proper charging. I have it on 2 of my charging methods.
Hmmm I wonder if the dc to DC charger I bought allows for a temperature probe.
