Maybe newer RVs use the braided hose? It's a whitish, fatter 5/8" dia. looking hose. Ours has a Camco label on it that says RV and it connects to a standard 90 degree PEX swivel adapter fitting with a pinch clamp. I just don't know if a PEX crimp ring will work okay or not. I have a PEX crimper which would make it a snap for me.
