Why? You wouldn't improve picture quality. The TV should have a co-ax input. RVs usually have an amplifier with coax in, coax out (off for park cable) like in the photo. The amplifier is needed for a rooftop antenna but if connecting to CG cable only, you could connect straight through with coax. Are you thinking of adding an HDMI cable or is it already there? Should be a coax input jack outside somewhere and jack inside.
Cable TV providers have been upgrading to digital signal over coax. We're presently hooked up to CG coax for the first time in years and the digital signal is impressive high quality on the majority of channels, as good as HD on our satellite and OTA HD TV, and it's all coax right up to the TV.
