How to Go From Parks Coax Cable Into HDMI of TV Set

I'm low tech. I just want to take the RV parks coaxial cable that brings in their cable channels to the HDMI plug in on back of my TV set. I'm confused by all the offerings on Amazon, etc that do no...

I don't think the park coax carries video. It carries a CATV signal that requires a tuner of some sort. HDMI, on the other hand carries video and, perhaps, audio. Apples and oranges.
