Some campgrounds you have to pick up a DTA (Digital to Analog) box from the office if the cable company encrypts its signal. Other companies don't encrypt, and you can just plug directly into the TV.
Unfortunately there are lots of variables.

its NOT a TV
IT IS a display monitor or home theater display that requires a separate tuner
by definition, its not a TV if it doesn't have a tuner
i have not seen anything adv as a TV with no tuner
