How to Go From Parks Coax Cable Into HDMI of TV Set

I'm low tech. I just want to take the RV parks coaxial cable that brings in their cable channels to the HDMI plug in on back of my TV set. I'm confused by all the offerings on Amazon, etc that do no...

If it doesn't have a tuner at all, then it is NOT a TV but a monitor.
And all TVs in the US for about the last 10 years are required to have a digital tuner. It's the analog that might be missing but most have both.
