I replace one whenever I can using the standard receptacle from LOWES. I do not trust them at all. Since they are pushed into a knife connection they will put a crease on the bare wire and the first time you move the wire it may break off.
However these RV type are handy to use where behind wall space is needed...

The other part that comes up if you want to replace one with a standard house type receptacle you will find the ROMEX will not be long enough to pull out so you end having to install a juntion in another electrical box close-by using twist on wire nuts.
They are a HATE-LOVE item I guess...
