How to remove the A/C ceiling vents

Should pop off. What you are probably hearing is the CHEAP foil tape that MFG uses to seal duct to ceiling surface has come loose & is rattling. In my trailer I had to repair all 6 vents with a good commercial grade of aluminum tape. That happened when I noticed cool air blowing out of the antenna ceiling control. Again on last trip I still noticed air leaking out and pulled AC cover and inside discharge cover. Found most of the cheap foil tape had come off and most of the cool air was blowing into ceiling cavity. Again used the commercial tape to seal, and finally have it working the way it should.
