How to replace awning motor
Can someone tell me how hard it is to replace the motor on a domestic awning and can you get the motor off if the awning is closed.

- Put the cotter pin into it, drill out the rivets and it will come out no problem.
- We just replaced our 2010 coach's electric awning motor. Our advice see your RV mechanic ASAP...Unless you have the patients of Sister Theresa. Some of the motors have a recall, ours did not. The new motor has a 1 year warranty...
