We just left the HWH Factory in Moscow IA. Made an appointment 7am, arrived the night before and parked in one of their spots with electric hookup. Next morning, they promptly started troubleshooting....

We went there two different times WITHOUT an appointment, unforeseen problems while on the road, were seen promptly and had our problems resolved very satisfactorily. One was a pump electrical problem, the other resulted in a jack replacement. The RV industry downturn has affected them, there can be no doubt but they remain committed to excellent customer service.
