HWH front right

As subject, jack is slow to none when operating. Just got this unit, 2014 PC with 325 model HWH. THERE WAS a 74”x24” mirror glued to a wall partition until the first time I tried leveling. Frame tweaked and shattered the mirror. I’ve read the manual and watched several YouTube vids before I started and understood they are (supposed)to work in pairs. Now I know to look before fully extended, and found the right front, SOMETIMES ***** down but will not extend. The red light for that jack illuminates right away. When partially cocked(the left is fully vertical) I can tap the jack and it will move down a little. So, bound some where? Weak hydro to that cylinder? Retract works fine, but that is all springs isn’t it. So where to start? Do have a call into HWH but haven’t heard back yet.
  • MP65-3030 is 6000 jack.
It does not show roller. It is located on upper end of the control rod.
Are you sure you have HWH? Can you get number off it?

Op again. Just spent more time looking for that roller bearing. As for mp65-3035 that is for a 9000# jack. Don’t look anything like mine. Mp65-3030 is what I seem to have 6000#, no bearing?

Correct. No bearing. But, Look at where it states Vertical stop adjustment. Does your Jack (all 4) tilt slightly down? If not, then tighten the vertical adjustment bolts to Pull the jacks down slightly. After 20 years the cables are probably slightly stretched. What I do is spray Liquid Wrench all over the pivot points to penetrate and remove any rust/corrosion that hinders the jacks from freely moving. You should be able to grab the foot and pull down vertical easily and the jack will smartly spring back up. Doug
  • Again thanks all. All 4 do tilt slightly downward. These are on a 2014 unit.
