This is reporting of a ridiculous state of finances. Try erecting, and servicing of a generating, grid-tie, transmission, distribution, and service utility. It costs a lot of money. There are legions of employees who deal with state, federal and grid intertie regulations. Even the monthly MAILING of four million utility bills by a large company costs a staggering amount of money
Any utility that pulls a knothead PR stunt like free electricity for ANYTHING should be sanctioned. SOMEONE has to pay the bills. Wanna bet who that "someone" is?
