Having essential tremors and been through 8 trigger finger and 2 carpal tunnel surgeries I know exactly of what you speak. I have an assortment of small (but not small enough for IC's) clamps with soft face covers. One other odd clamp that I've used is my fly tying vise. I think with a few modifications it could be made to do a lot more, but I still have to tie my small jigs.
