I was able to get on with big needle nose plyers with the long handles. Came in perfect because I was wanting a pair of those anyways. Mine are the type that you screw on, no external noses or brackets $7 bucks each. One kept wiggling around, put in second little rubber gasket and torqued pretty hard and a little bit of lock tight. Also run gator caps, no more problems. But some people have some pretty fancy ones, if you do a search. I have steel OEM wheels. Measuring air pressure is like looking at your fuel gauge. Do so often.
