Inner Dual Wheel Extenders Impossble to install.

Since I got my two inner wheels replaced more than a year ago, I have not been able to check the air, we picked up some of these Air Guard extenders in Alabama, thought it would be easy enough to inst...

Hmm based on the responses it looks like I'm going to have to remove the outer wheel, I don't see how anyone is going to be able to put this thing on without take out the outer wheel, I like the lock tight idea sounds like I have the same pliers but just can't get it to work.
