inside lights are not steady
They seem to brighten then dim, just a tad. Over and over. This is our third converter. Is this unsteady light normal? Thanks all

lights seem to cycle every minute or so.
parallax power convertor is what came with the MH series 7300.
the first 2 were changed when a loose connection on the lower right of the board, burnt the board.
