We had this problem, too. We cleaned the burner, orifice and flue but still had the problem. After searching forever on the internet we read that we should check the igniter distance of the arc gap. We did and ours was too close. It should be 1/8" to 3/16". Have a look at arprv.com/rv-fridge-flame.html. We haven't had a problem now for months.
