If you replaced the Spark electrode that should have included the wire to the Piezo tower on the board, then the ONLY other item is the control board. BUT, take the control board off and check the 4 solder points where the Black Piezo tower is mounted on the board. IF those solders are loose, you will get that type problem. Solder those 4 points if they are loose and the odds are the problem will be gone. If not, then replace the control board. Doug
