Yes it's a MSW, for what I use it on the cost isn't worth a PSW. It would be 2x as much for similar ratings.
I am also not sure it's a waveform issue as the same model juicer won't start on my dad's EU3000is which has PSW output and the 5500 isn't inverter style.
If it was a waveform issue why does it start on one outlet and not another on the same circuit? We are only taking 15' of 14ga away at most.
