Inverter v inverter charger

I'm going to add a 2000 watt inverter, I already have a 55amp charger working fine.

I think the PSW inverter without a charger will be less money.

What is the downside and what brands do you like and why.

    You should be good just adding the inverter. The inverter/converters are usually a factory installation in a new coach. We have a Magnum inverter/converter in our coach that was factory installed.
