My 22kW kicks on at 10 seconds and is at full power 3 seconds after that. I have all of my electronics and medical appliances with battery backups so that 13 seconds doesn't affect me. IOW, I never know that the power shut off and I continue sleeping. It has load management however I really don't need it.
