light wright portable inverter generators, offer less Heat dissipation, than old cast iron Onans etc..
and the hotter the ambient air, the harder it is do
this is more about the alternator head and the electronic components than about the engine heat, although that is also involved
its the alternator and electronics, that reduce output via the built in temp controls in the software and hardware
that cause the generators to put out less power as things heat up 'inside' the genny (reduces max available to keep from overheating, and will do an overload power shut off, what runs when cold, doesn't always run when its hot)
you are very unlikley to burn out the electronics/inverter powering your A/C
the ui2000 won't let you drag the voltage down and the amps up with too large a load in hot weather
bad fuel and low or dirty oil are your biggest worries
