FWIW, I wonder if the above comments on dissipating heat optimally in some of today's "light-weight" Honda generators applies to:
1. My way over-weight Honda EX650 (76cc displacement) that tips the scales at around 51 lbs. versus it's measly 550 watt (rated) output power.
AND
2. My way over-weight Honda EX1000 (97cc displacement) that tips the scales at around 57 lbs. versus it's measly 900 watt (rated) output power.
Maybe a lot of iron in them for bullet-proof operation in even scorching weather ... or just plain an inefficient design amount-of-metal-wise?
