Jensen JE2412LED TV---12 volt tv

Has anyone purchased a 12 volt Jensen tv from Campingworld or elsewhere? Do you use it with dishnetwork?

If so, what code did you enter in your remote to control the 12 volt tv? I can't get any of the jensen codes to work.

When I call Jensen they say it is Dish network that has to call them to get their hex code for the ir frequency. When you call Dish they say if their codes don't work for your unit you should contact the manufacturer.

HELP! I NEED A CODE FOR MY DISH REMOTE 21.0 IR/UHF PRO THAT WILL CONTROL THE JE2412LED TV.

    sorry.. i can't help..i have FOUR remotes in front of me

    TV ..DVD... SONY media player ... Homeworx PVR

    if i even had a remote that would control them all

    I would forget to push the selector buttons to change to the right device
    and end up messing up what i was doing

    guess i don't spend enough time in front of the TV to get that kind of reflex training

    Check your Dish remote manual. There is usually a way for the remote to learn codes from a device (the Jensen tv in this case). Some require a procedure of pointing it at the device and literally going through a sequence of buttons until you find the ones that work. Others have a learn mode where you point the remotes at each other and the "master" will learn what it needs from the other one.

    The other option is to buy a 3rd party universal remote like a Logitech Harmony.
