For those interested in this Ctek 25 amp "8 stage" charger, I am reading the manual now. Very interesting.

It apparently has user selectable 'power supply' and "recondition' modes
The power supply maintains constant 13.6v upto 25 amps and the recondition mode does a constant 3amps up to and no more than 15.7v.
I'm digging this charger. I might acquire it. It should fit my system very close to perfectly.
