Phil says his AGMs last forever because he hardly ever lets them sit any length of time undercharged. My question was more for those who do daily cycles where you seldom get back to full and where the AH shows restored to 90+ or even 97%. With wets, that gets you red or white SG instead of green, but otherwise things seem not too bad. With AGMs all you would think is that things aren't too bad since you can't see that SG decline.
Then what can you do about it? Wets can be overcharged and get the SG back; just add some water if needed. AGMs would blow their tops doing that.
